Returns:
All sales are final. Please carefully review your information (name, address, and order) before finalizing your purchase.
Our products are created on a made-to-order basis. They are custom made specifically for you. We do not issue refunds in the case where the customer has a buyers remorse, needs a smaller/larger size or a different color.
We only offer replacements (same product, same size) if they are defective upon arrival. To be eligible, clear pictures of the item must be reported via email within 5 days and will be reviewed.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. We recommend you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Sale Items:
Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be replaced.
Cancellations:
Once you have clicked on the "complete order" button, unfortunately it is not possible to edit or cancel your order. However, if you need to change your address, please contact via email as soon as possible. We are not bound to make such modifications in your order, but we will do our best on a case-by-case basis. If your order has already been shipped out, we will have to wait until your order is returned to us. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Order Never Arrived:
First, check that you had entered the correct address in the order confirmation. If the provided address was incorrect, though we'd be happy to send you a new order, it will have to be at your cost.
Lost Shipments:
It is the CUSTOMER'S RESPONSIBILITY TO FILE ANY CLAIM WITH A SHIPPING CARRIER for a lost shipment if carrier tracking indicates that the package was delivered. Unfortunately, in such case we cannot make any refunds and will not resend the product.
